Posh is not responsible for any manufacturing defects. The warranty of the product is through the manufacturer.
The manufacturer requires a receipt as a proof of purchase that you bought the item from an authorized dealer.
The customer is responsible for keeping a copy of the receipt.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact the manufacturing brand directly attaching a picture of the receipt along with a picture of the defect and a brief explanation.
Posh does not keep receipts on file.
If the customer cannot provide a receipt their warranty is void.
The timeline of the warranty varies by brand.
Posh does not decide what is or is not covered under warranty, that is completely up to the individual brands and their inspection team to decide.
Warranty does not cover wear & tear, or negligence.
