Warranty

  • Posh is an authorized dealer for the brands – Posh is not the manufacturer.
  • Posh is not responsible for any manufacturing defects. The warranty of the product is through the manufacturer.
  • The manufacturer requires a receipt as a proof of purchase that you bought the item from an authorized dealer.
  • The customer is responsible for keeping a copy of the receipt.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact the manufacturing brand directly attaching a picture of the receipt along with a picture of the defect and a brief explanation.
  • Posh does not keep receipts on file.
  • If the customer cannot provide a receipt their warranty is void.
  • The timeline of the warranty varies by brand.
  • Posh does not decide what is or is not covered under warranty, that is completely up to the individual brands and their inspection team to decide.
  • Warranty does not cover wear & tear, or negligence.
